Every time we ride we face certain risks. On the whole we know them and we accept them, there is afterall some element of risk in everything we do, from getting out of bed in the morning, to skydiving.
Last night I attended a short CPR course given by Steve Evans @paramedicsteve. An hour out of my life to learn some very simple lessons. I hope that I will never need to implement these lessons, but I’m much more confident now that I would at least know how to deal with such an emergency.
